Adults experiencing occasional difficulty falling asleep, disrupted sleep schedules, mental stress at bedtime or jet lag. This multi-ingredient formula may be more appropriate for someone seeking both circadian-rhythm and relaxation support than a single-ingredient melatonin product.
 
Persistent insomnia can be related to sleep apnea, restless legs, pain, anxiety, depression, menopause, medications or another condition and should be properly assessed.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1–2 capsules as a single dose 30–60 minutes before or at bedtime. An earlier dose may be taken during the evening if necessary, as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
For jet lag, take once daily at bedtime while travelling and after arrival until adapted to the new time zone or schedule.
 
One capsule provides 2 mg of melatonin; two capsules provide 4 mg. Depending on the dose, 90 capsules provide a 45- to 90-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Drowsiness may occur. Do not drive, operate machinery or perform activities requiring alertness for at least five hours after taking melatonin.
 
Do not combine with alcohol, cannabis, sleeping medication, sedating antihistamines or other products that cause drowsiness. Ask our pharmacist before use with antidepressants, anti-anxiety medication, anticonvulsants, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, blood thinners, or blood-pressure or diabetes medication.
 
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have depression, asthma, migraine, diabetes, low blood sugar, a seizure or hormonal disorder, or cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease.
 
Stop use and seek advice if headache, confusion, nausea, excessive morning drowsiness or an allergic reaction occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or sleeplessness continues for more than four weeks.

L-theanine: 100 mg
Lemon balm extract, standardized to 5% rosmarinic acid: 125 mg
Passionflower 10:1 extract, equivalent to 500 mg dried herb: 50 mg
Skullcap herb: 50 mg
Valerian root extract, standardized to 0.8% valerenic acid: 56 mg
 
Non-medicinal ingredients include vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin and a vegetable capsule.
