HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule one to two times daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 120 capsules provide a 60- to 120-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, are preparing for surgery or take prescription medication.

Warfarin or another anticoagulant
Losartan or other blood-pressure medication
Tamoxifen, chemotherapy or other cancer treatment
Medication processed through CYP3A4 or CYP2C19 pathways
 
Laboratory, animal and limited clinical reports suggest possible medication interactions, although their importance in people is not always established.
Possible adverse effects include headache, tingling or digestive discomfort.
 
Stop use if a rash, swelling or another allergic reaction develops. Keep out of reach of children.
 
Quercetin is not a treatment for anaphylaxis. Difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, faintness or rapidly worsening allergy symptoms require immediate use of prescribed epinephrine and emergency assistance.
