Higher CFU counts are not automatically better for every person. Those looking for routine daily maintenance or who are sensitive to probiotics may prefer a lower-potency formula.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule once daily. If using an antibiotic, take the probiotic at least two to three hours before or after each antibiotic dose.
At the labelled dose, 30 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition, including AIDS or lymphoma, or are receiving long-term corticosteroid treatment. The Canadian label also states not to use this product while taking tetracycline; ask our pharmacist to recommend an appropriate probiotic schedule or alternative.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and seek advice if diarrhea or another digestive symptom develops, worsens or persists for more than three days.
 
Temporary gas, bloating or changes in bowel movements may occur when beginning a probiotic. Seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain, dehydration, persistent vomiting, black or bloody stools or rapidly worsening symptoms.

Non-medicinal ingredients include acacia fibre, dipotassium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, monopotassium phosphate, sodium chloride, sucrose and trehalose.
 
Free from gluten, soy, wheat, yeast, genetically modified ingredients, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

STORAGE INFORMATION
Shelf-stable and individually blister-packed; refrigeration is not required. Store in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and moisture, and leave each capsule sealed until use.
