Adults seeking a convenient source of plant-based antioxidants. Oregano oil is commonly marketed for immune and digestive concerns, but the licensed Canadian claim for this product is as a source of antioxidants. It should not replace medical treatment for a bacterial, viral, fungal or parasitic infection.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 4–6 drops daily with food. Take it a few hours before or after supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
 
Depending on the dose and drop size, the 15 mL bottle provides approximately a 75- to 110-day supply. Follow the bottle directions and do not exceed the recommended dose.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, including warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban or clopidogrel.
 
Do not use if you are allergic to oregano or another plant in the mint family, including basil, hyssop, lavender, marjoram, mint, sage or thyme. Stop use if stomach burning, nausea, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal discomfort occurs.
 
This is a concentrated essential-oil preparation for oral use according to the label. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply it undiluted to the skin or other sensitive areas.
