A bioactive coenzyme Q10 supplement providing 100 mg of Kaneka Ubiquinol™ per softgel. Ubiquinol is the reduced, body-ready form of CoQ10 and acts as an antioxidant while supporting cellular energy production and cardiovascular health.
 
The formula uses medium-chain triglycerides, ascorbyl palmitate and annatto to help protect the ubiquinol from oxidation and maintain stability.
 
BEST FOR
Adults seeking antioxidant, cellular-energy or cardiovascular support, particularly older adults and people who prefer ubiquinol over conventional ubiquinone CoQ10. It may also be considered by people taking a statin, since statins can reduce CoQ10 levels, but it should not replace prescribed cholesterol treatment.
 
Fatigue, muscle pain, shortness of breath or chest discomfort requires proper assessment rather than self-treatment with CoQ10.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults aged 19 years and older: Take 1 softgel one to three times daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Depending on the dose, 30 softgels provide a 10- to 30-day supply.

CoQ10 may affect blood pressure and the action of certain blood thinners. Ask our pharmacist before use if you take warfarin, another anticoagulant, blood-pressure medication or medication for a cardiovascular condition. Patients using warfarin may require closer INR monitoring when starting, stopping or changing the dose.
 
Check before use if you take diabetes medication, chemotherapy or multiple prescription medications. Do not stop a statin or another heart medication when beginning CoQ10.
 
Possible effects include nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, headache or difficulty sleeping. Taking it earlier in the day and with food may improve tolerability. Seek prompt medical attention for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath or signs of an allergic reaction.

Non-medicinal ingredients: annatto, ascorbyl palmitate, bovine gelatin, glycerin, coconut-derived medium-chain triglycerides, purified water, sunflower lecithin, sunflower oil and white beeswax.
 
Non-GMO and free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, sugar, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The softgel contains bovine gelatin and beeswax and is therefore not vegetarian or vegan.
