An oil-based formula combining 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 with 120 mcg of vitamin K2 in each softgel. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and supports healthy bones and teeth, while vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and bone maintenance.
 
The vitamins are suspended in organic coconut oil to support absorption. The K2 is supplied as K2VITAL®, a soy-free, plant-sourced form of menaquinone-7.

This supplement does not treat osteoporosis or cardiovascular disease. Anyone with a diagnosed vitamin D deficiency may require a different dose based on bloodwork and professional guidance.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 120 softgels provide a 120-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take warfarin or another blood thinner. Vitamin K can reduce the effect of warfarin and change INR results. Do not start, stop or change vitamin K supplementation without discussing it with the clinician managing your anticoagulant therapy.
 
Ask our pharmacist before use if you:
Take digoxin, a thiazide diuretic or another vitamin D, vitamin K or calcium supplement
Have kidney disease, kidney stones, high blood calcium, hyperparathyroidism or a granulomatous condition such as sarcoidosis
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a medical condition or take prescription medication
 
Count vitamin D from all supplements to avoid unintentionally exceeding the recommended intake. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms of excessive calcium develop, including persistent nausea, constipation, unusual thirst, frequent urination, weakness or confusion.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

Medium-chain triglycerides from organic coconut oil, bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
 
Contains coconut and bovine gelatin. Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin. The complete product is therefore not vegetarian or vegan.
 
Labelled free from gluten, dairy, soy, corn and genetically modified ingredients.
 
Customers with a coconut allergy should not use this product.
 
STORAGE
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Coconut oil naturally becomes cloudy or solid at cooler temperatures and clear when warmer, so the softgels may vary in appearance without affecting product quality.
