HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults, children and infants: Take 5 pellets three times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Allow the pellets to dissolve under the tongue.
 
For children younger than two years, dissolve one dose in a small amount of water before administering. Do not place intact pellets directly into an infant’s mouth because of choking risk.
 
Each tube contains approximately 80 pellets, equal to about 16 five-pellet doses or approximately five days at the standard dosage.
