Cancellation & No-Show Policy At WellnessRX Pharmacy, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled last-minute, other clients lose the chance to be seen. This policy keeps things fair for everyone — our clients and our practitioners alike. Cancelling or Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service fee, which is covered by your deposit. Deposits Naturopathic and acupuncture appointments require a deposit at booking, which is applied toward your visit total. If you cancel late or miss your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and goes toward the applicable fee. Missed Appointments No-shows without prior notice are charged 50% of the service fee, which is covered by your deposit. Any outstanding fees must be settled before booking your next visit.
