WHY WE STOCK IT
A dye-free, grape-flavoured acetaminophen liquid formulated for infants up to 23 months. Each 1 mL contains 80 mg of acetaminophen to reduce fever and temporarily relieve mild to moderate pain.

Temporary relief of:
Fever and chills
Sore-throat pain
Aches and pains associated with a cold or flu
Discomfort from teething or immunization
 
It treats pain and fever but does not treat the infection or illness causing the symptoms.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
If possible, dose according to the infant’s current weight. Use only the enclosed calibrated oral syringe:
6–11 lb or 2–5.4 kg, approximately 0–3 months: Give 0.5 mL.
12–17 lb or 5.5–7.9 kg, approximately 4–11 months: Give 1 mL.
18–23 lb or 8–10.9 kg, approximately 12–23 months: Give 1.5 mL.
 
A dose may be repeated every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not give more than five doses within 24 hours.
 
Ask a doctor or pharmacist to confirm the dose if the infant weighs less than 12 lb, is younger than four months or falls outside the listed weight ranges.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not give this product with any other medicine containing acetaminophen, including many cough, cold, flu and prescription pain medicines. Exceeding the recommended dose can cause severe or potentially fatal liver injury.
 
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the infant has liver or kidney disease, is dehydrated, is taking medication or has a serious medical condition. Stop use and seek advice if fever lasts longer than three days, pain lasts longer than five days, symptoms worsen or new symptoms appear.
 
A rectal temperature of 38°C or higher in a baby younger than three months requires immediate medical assessment. Do not delay care by treating the fever at home unless a healthcare professional has provided specific instructions.
 
Stop use and obtain immediate medical attention if a serious rash, blistering, facial swelling, difficulty breathing or another allergic reaction develops. If too much may have been given, contact the Ontario Poison Centre immediately—even if the infant appears well.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each 1 mL contains acetaminophen 80 mg.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients include butylparaben, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, cellulose, citric acid, corn syrup, flavour, glycerin, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol and xanthan gum.
 
This product is dye-free. Canadian Infants’ TYLENOL concentrated drops are not the same concentration as many children’s liquids or American infant acetaminophen products. Always verify the concentration before measuring a dose.
 
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep securely out of children’s reach. Store according to the package directions and do not use if the safety seal is missing or broken.
