A single-herb tincture made with certified-organic or wildcrafted mullein flower spike, leaf and flower. Mullein is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints associated with mucus congestion, coughs and bronchitis.
 
The formula is vegan, non-GMO and made in Canada.
 
BEST FOR
Adults experiencing an occasional productive cough or chest congestion who prefer a concentrated liquid herbal extract.
 
Mullein may help make mucus easier to expel, but it is not an antimicrobial treatment and does not cure pneumonia, influenza, COVID-19, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or another respiratory disorder. Evidence supporting its respiratory benefits is based mainly on traditional use, with limited clinical research in humans.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 0.8–1.3 mL—approximately 25–40 drops—three times daily in a small amount of water on an empty stomach.
 
At the labelled dose of 2.4–3.9 mL daily, the 100 mL bottle provides approximately 26–42 days of use.
 
Shake well before use. Use the calibrated dropper or an oral syringe when possible because drop size can vary.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Ask our pharmacist before use if you:
Take prescription medication or other cough and cold products

This tincture contains alcohol and is licensed for adults. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
 
Stop use if a rash, swelling, breathing difficulty or another allergic reaction develops.
 
Seek prompt medical assessment for difficulty breathing, chest pain, coughing up blood, bluish lips, confusion, dehydration, a high or persistent fever, symptoms that improve and then worsen, or a cough lasting longer than three weeks.
 
MEDICINAL INGREDIENT
Each 1 mL contains:
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) flower spike, leaf and flower: equivalent to 1,000 mg fresh herb from a 1:1 extract or 250 mg dried herb from a 1:4 extract
 
Certified organic or wildcrafted.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Distilled water and certified-organic grain alcohol.
 
Vegan, vegetarian and non-GMO.
 
No soy ingredient is listed. A formal soy-free certification or shared-facility allergen statement was not verified, so customers with a severe soy or grain allergy should confirm the current bottle with the manufacturer.
 
This is an oral tincture. Do not place it in the ears, apply it to the eyes or inhale it through a nebulizer. It should also not be smoked or vaped.

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or after the expiry date printed on the bottle.
