HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1–2 capsules three times daily with or immediately before food. Swallow the capsules whole; do not crush or chew them. Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use.
 
Depending on the dose, 90 capsules provide approximately a 15- to 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS

Bromelain and papain may increase bleeding risk when combined with blood thinners or certain anti-inflammatory medications. Stop use if an allergic reaction, severe abdominal discomfort, unusual bruising or bleeding occurs.
