HOW TO TAKE IT

MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you have benign prostate enlargement, prostate cancer, a diagnosed sexual disorder, frequent anxiety, depression or another psychological condition.
 
Ashwagandha may influence thyroid function, blood sugar, blood pressure and immune activity. Ask our pharmacist before use if you have thyroid disease, an autoimmune condition, diabetes, low blood pressure, liver disease or an upcoming surgical procedure.
 
Check before combining it with thyroid medication, diabetes or blood-pressure medication, immunosuppressants, sedatives, sleeping medication, anti-anxiety medication or antidepressants. Combining it with alcohol, cannabis or other products that cause sedation is not recommended.
 
Although uncommon, ashwagandha-containing products have been associated with liver injury. Stop use and seek medical advice if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual fatigue, persistent nausea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain develops. Drowsiness or digestive upset may also occur.
