My Morning Fuel: Superfood Coffee and Smoothies


I wake up early, around 6 AM, and my first ritual is making my superfood coffee. It’s more than just a caffeine boost—it’s packed with nutrients to fuel my body and mind. Here’s my recipe:


Superfood Coffee Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp coconut or MCT oil

  • organic dark coffee

  • 1 scoop of creatine 5g

  • A 1/3 cup of (30g) of Premier Caramel Protein

  • 1 tsp maca powder or reshi mushroom

  • Optional: 1 tbsp liquid Ginkgo Gin (from Omega Alpha supplements) or ashwagandha


Why this works: After a night of fasting, your glucose levels are depleted, leaving you feeling sluggish. This nutrient-packed coffee not only restores energy but also supports focus and muscle recovery.


On some mornings, I switch it up with a smoothie. Adding protein and greens ensures I’m starting the day with balanced nutrition. It’s an easy way to meet your daily veggie goals!


Morning Mindset: Journaling and Affirmations

Fueling for Fitness: My Go-To Avocado Toast Recipe



After my workout, I always refuel with a high-protein breakfast. One of my staples is avocado toast. It’s simple, delicious, and packed with good fats, protein, and nutrients.


My Avocado Toast Recipe:

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 large slice of whole-wheat bread

    • 1 organic sunny-side-up egg

    • ½ avocado

    • 1 tsp fresh crushed garlic

    • ¼ tsp sea salt

    •  1 tsp hemp hearts

    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    • A sprinkle of cayenne or red chilli flakes


Directions:

  1. Mix the avocado, garlic, sea salt, hemp hearts, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. Toast the bread and cook the egg.

  3. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast, top with the egg, and sprinkle with chilli flakes.


This nutrient-packed breakfast is perfect for muscle recovery and sustaining energy.
