Description
Chlorella is a spherical unicellular freshwater algae, a micro-organism that appeared on earth about 2.5 billion years ago. It is distinguished from other plants by an exceptional concentration of chlorophyll (3 to 5%), hence its remarkable detoxifying power very appreciated which stimulates, among others, liver activity. It has a high percentage of protein (about 50%) and contains a significant proportion of antioxidants that inhibit the oxidation of cells.
