📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy At WellnessRX Pharmacy, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent others from accessing care. To ensure fairness to all clients and our practitioners: ⏰ Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service. ❌ Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee. 💳 Payment Terms Missed appointment fees must be paid before future bookings can be scheduled.
