Whether you're aiming for weight loss, hormone balance, digestive support, or just more energy and simplicity in the kitchen, we’ve got a plan that fits. The Basic Plan ($85) includes a 5-day meal plan crafted around general health goals such as energy, light detox, or weight loss. It comes with a 15-minute consultation, simple recipes, and a grocery list to get you started. Ideal for those who want quick structure without over-complication. The Standard Plan ($110) offers a full 7-day customized meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. This version includes a 15–20 minute consultation and adds helpful meal prep tips and a categorized grocery list. It's great for those seeking variety and routine while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. The Advanced Plan ($135) is our most requested option, perfect for individuals with more specific needs such as gut health support, hormone balance, pre/postnatal nutrition, plant-based or gluten-free living, or managing food sensitivities. This package includes a 30-minute consultation and also incorporates basic supplement recommendations for holistic support. The Premium Plan ($150) adds accountability and refinement, combining a 30-minute initial consultation with a 15-minute follow-up check-in. Clients receive their 7-day personalized plan plus a mid-week review to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments. Ideal for those who need structure, motivation, and real-time feedback. Optional add-ons include a personalized supplement protocol (+$25), an additional 3-day extension (+$35), or a family/partner add-on for shared meal planning (+$45).
