Service Description

Assess medication administration timing to optimize therapy. Assess for the need of additional or adjustment in therapy to improve health outcomes. Assess lifestyle and recommend adjustments to optimize medication effectiveness and overall health outcomes. OHIP covered for patients that meet eligibility criteria.
