This in-depth 60-minute consultation is your starting point for personalized, holistic care. During this session, we conduct a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, current symptoms, and nutrition habits to get a complete picture of your wellness. We take the time to explore potential root causes of your concerns—whether you're dealing with fatigue, digestive issues, weight challenges, hormonal imbalances, mood changes, or simply want to improve your overall well-being. You’ll receive: - A full health and nutrition intake assessment - Clarification of your top health goals and obstacles - Identification of dietary patterns and nutrient gaps - Lifestyle and stress management considerations - Initial nutrition and supplement recommendations - A customized action plan to get you started This session lays the foundation for all future recommendations. It is ideal for clients looking to make meaningful and lasting health changes with the support of expert guidance.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This policy allows us to respect the time of our practitioners and offer availability to other clients in need.
