Service Description
The Follow-Up Nutrition Consultation is designed to support your ongoing wellness journey after your initial assessment. In this 30-minute session, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your current needs and goals. This session may include: A review of symptom changes or improvements Adjustments to your meal plan or supplement protocol Guidance on sustaining motivation and habit changes Addressing new concerns or health priorities Ongoing education and tools to support your health journey Whether you’re working on digestion, energy, hormonal balance, or weight management, this check-in ensures your plan remains personalized, effective, and aligned with your goals. Ideal for: Clients who have completed an Initial Consultation and want continued support, accountability, and expert guidance.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This policy allows us to respect the time of our practitioners and offer availability to other clients in need.
